Finished all three...

...and I had a wonderful time. I think "Death and the Queen" is the best by far. Non-spoilerific reviews later. Somehow, I'm supposed to actually do work for the rest of the day without running back to listen to them again.

Nice... I'm savoring them slowly. I'll get to Time Reaver tomorrow probably, since I do have to get down to making dinner for the family.

I couldn't wait - I had to listen to them as soon as possible. Time Reaver was fun, but oh, you are going to love Death and the Queen! :)

I've got limited times when I can listen, so I'll just try to do one episode at a time so I'm not interrupted.

Well, I listened to all of them now, and, while they were all fantastic just for the fact that the Doctor and Donna are back, "Death and the Queen" really blew it out of the water!

Wasn't it just brilliant?? Great story, beautifully written, and heart-rending at moments.

It was written by James Goss, who I am really starting to respect. He wrote Dead Air which is an audiobook read by DT, and it easily one of the best Tenth Doctor stories. Very, very spooky. ("Sleep No More" basically stole its premise from Dead Air and ruined it. As soon as that episode started, I turned to my husband and said, "This is Dead Air." Then the eye booger monsters appeared and completely destroyed all credibility.)
